I like this time of year,. The natural light in the studio from about now to the beginning of October is just great. Exhibiting Photographic Prints, both B/W and Colour, in the Studio/Gallery throughout this period is just great fun...Steve Coel

I continued working on the Arfordir Byw / Living Coast series of paintings long after the project concluded in 2018. Several other artists did too. The coastal areas visited are always tremendous. Accumulated new Photographic Prints continue with Llanw Isel/Low Tide images even today. I think they just look great around the studio, particularly this time of year...Steve Coel

Across all the work I am currently doing: Painting, Documentary Fiction Photography, MicroFlashFiction, there is a working title of The Right Shadows (2025).
I've no idea where it will eventually take me this time in terms of finished/completed images, installations, experimental narratives etc. but I guess it's how I've always liked to go about things.
The Mercy Path (2024) and Half Stolen Buildings (2024) projects are now complete...so...
The process of intuitive and improvised responses to...well most things...will continue to play its part.
